The Chief Estimator at Nox Group is responsible for leading a team of estimators to develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This role involves overseeing bid proposals, coordinating with various enterprise markets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the estimating team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with the VP of Estimating to allocate resources effectively and manage the workload of the estimating team.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Establish a project playbook for estimators outlining responsibilities and deadlines.
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Coordinate with VPE’s, project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
- Ensure all estimates are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeframe.
- Work closely with VPE’s, estimators, and project management teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
