Qualification
- 7-10+ years of software development experience with a strong background in computer science.
- 3+ years of recent ElasticSearch experience or similar.
- Capability to design and work with complex systems and high-load services.
- In-depth knowledge of ElasticSearch and familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
- Proven experience in Golang development.
Responsibility
- Engage in back-end development to meet evolving product needs with robust, scalable solutions.
- Contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle, from conception to deployment and scaling.
- Design, implement, and maintain ElasticSearch environments to meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and team members to address user needs and business objectives.
- Uphold high standards in software development focusing on clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous refinement of development processes.
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability among team members.
