The role requires extensive travel and involves coaching dental teams to enhance clinical performance and adoption of new technologies.
Qualification
- 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry or dental technology.
- Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
- Experience training groups of up to ten assistants or staff.
- Willingness to travel up to 85% for in-practice training.
- Ability to customize training strategies based on practice size and clinical goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor.
Responsibility
- Lead high-touch, in-person trainings for doctors and staff on intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
- Coach teams based on live observation and adapt training to meet practice goals.
- Drive early case submission during training by addressing blockers and building confidence.
- Partner with clinicians to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption of technology.
- Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days post-training and identify coaching opportunities.
- Share field insights to improve onboarding and future training resources.
- Assess practice readiness across workflows and equipment to identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources and tools are ready for training.
