Qualification
- 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry or dental technology.
- Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
- Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time.
- Willingness to travel up to 85% for in-practice training.
- Proximity to the Bay Area for field-based role.
Responsibility
- Lead high-touch, in-person trainings for doctors and staff on intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
- Coach teams based on live observation, adapting to meet practice goals and maturity levels.
- Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers and building confidence.
- Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
- Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days post-training and identify coaching opportunities.
- Share field insights to improve onboarding and future trainings.
- Assess practice readiness across clinical workflows and team structure to identify risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources and tools are ready before training.
