They are seeking a proactive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee compliance and safety at their manufacturing facilities in Lehi, Utah, and Carrollton, Texas. This full-time role involves developing EHS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a safe work environment.
Qualification
- Proven experience as an EHS Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting risk assessments and hazard analysis.
- Experience in developing and implementing EHS training programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.
- Familiarity with safety management systems and environmental compliance practices.
Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures for manufacturing laboratory environments.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
- Conduct safety risk assessments and environmental impact assessments to identify hazards.
- Oversee safety management systems such as HAZCOM, LOTO, and PPE programs.
- Lead incident investigations and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for staff.
- Ensure environmental compliance, including hazardous waste management and pollution prevention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote EHS initiatives.
