Qualification
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of production-level experience in Java, Scala, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or Service-Oriented Architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security practices for handling sensitive data.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
Responsibility
- Build infrastructure and products for the Databricks platform at scale.
- Develop reliable, scalable services and client libraries for massive data handling.
- Work on resource management infrastructure for big data and machine learning workloads.
- Create tools for Databricks engineers to operate services across different clouds.
