Qualification
- 9+ years of experience in Data Security or related fields.
- Expertise in Cryptography, Kubernetes Security, Web Security, Governance, Privacy, Trust, Safety, Authentication, Identity Management, Access Control, Key Management, Inter-Service Authentication, Secure Application Frameworks, Detection & Response.
- Experience building systems at large-scale internet companies is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to represent security engineering effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to enhance security measures.
Responsibility
- Identify and address key security gaps in infrastructure and services to enhance customer safety.
- Attract and recruit top talent in the security engineering field.
- Represent the security engineering discipline across the organization to promote data-driven practices.
- Engage with the academic and industry community by representing Databricks at conferences and events.
- Define the vision and strategy for security engineering within the Trust & Safety team.
