Qualification
- 5+ years of experience with large accounts in the Retail and CPG space
- 3+ years in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activities
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies
- Experience in data-driven business transformation
- 3+ years of design and implementation experience in big data technologies (Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP)
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
- Databricks Certification is a plus
Responsibility
- Act as the main technical voice for Databricks for up to 9 clients
- Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks
- Implement technical strategies aligned with Databricks solutions
- Build a movement of technical champions within client accounts
- Provide structured mentorship for team members
