The Applied AI team at Databricks is seeking multiple GenAI Engineers to enhance their GenAI-powered products, focusing on improving LLM quality and expanding capabilities across their platform. The role involves developing and deploying advanced AI models and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building scalable backend systems.
Qualification
- Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
- Shape the direction of applied AI areas and intelligence features in products.
- Drive the development and deployment of state-of-the-art AI models and systems.
- Develop novel data collection, fine-tuning, and LLM technologies.
- Design and implement ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Build scalable, reusable backend systems to support GenAI products.
