- Define strategy & roadmap for orchestration, triggers, authoring, and observability
- Drive metrics & observability by defining success metrics for adoption and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, solution architects, and partners
- Champion customer needs by engaging with customers to understand their journeys
- Own the product lifecycle including writing PRDs, release notes, and documentation
