Qualification
- 5+ years of experience with large accounts in Retail and CPG
- 3+ years in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
Responsibility
- Serve as the main technical voice for 1-5 clients
- Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks
- Implement technical strategies aligned with customer needs
- Build a movement of technical champions within accounts
- Provide structured mentorship for team members
