Qualification
- Experience with Databricks topics such as data engineering, machine learning, and Apache Spark.
- Knowledge of technical support best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Python or SQL.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Preferred experience in designing and developing technical training.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, curation, and maintenance of enablement programs for Databricks Technical Support and partners.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to identify needs for new courses and updates to existing ones.
- Drive improvements in Support KPIs through successful enablement programs.
- Stay updated with the latest Databricks offerings related to Support.
- Work with a team of technical enablement specialists to design content for programs.
