- Ability to define and track key performance metrics related to content engagement and user satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Responsibility
- Own the content experience end-to-end, ensuring it is helpful, intuitive, and actionable.
- Drive strategic improvements to content tooling and workflows in collaboration with engineering, tech writing, design, and AI teams.
- Build an architecture of participation that allows context experts to contribute to content sustainably and at scale.
- Integrate AI to transform content experiences, partnering with AI platform teams to enhance documentation search and intelligent assistance.
- Define metrics that matter, tracking content engagement, time-to-task, support deflection, and user satisfaction to inform prioritization and iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, product, tech writing, developer relations, field teams, and customers.
