Qualification

- Experience delivering successful customer-facing products/features.
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations.
- Ability to create effective policy models for data access control.
- Experience working with cloud providers like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
Responsibility
- Lead all aspects of data security for the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
- Drive product strategy to identify and deliver necessary external and internal controls for privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Create policy models for customer access control to important assets.
- Build a vision for a best-in-class network and data security policy model.
- Partner with privacy, legal, and security teams to manage regulated data and sensitive assets.
- Deepen understanding of evolving threats in data security and propose innovations.
- Collaborate with cloud providers to support confidential compute.
- Rationalize customer experience and data security technologies across multiple cloud platforms.
