Qualification

- Fluency in English and Japanese at a business or native level
- Ability to work a rotating schedule with weekend availability
Responsibility
- Manage, develop, and mentor a fast-paced team of Solutions Engineers
- Ensure successful onboarding of new Solutions Engineers
- Help triage Solutions Engineering queues and collaborate with Product and Engineering
- Review and prioritize Solutions Engineering escalations, particularly for customers in Japan
- Dispatch customer requests as part of a queue rotation schedule
- Oversee demo training and assist in demo certification
- Assist with incident response during outages, communicating with customers
- Build out documentation and knowledge base articles for various technologies
