  • Ability to work a rotating schedule with weekend availability

Responsibility

  • Manage, develop, and mentor a fast-paced team of Solutions Engineers
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new Solutions Engineers
  • Help triage Solutions Engineering queues and collaborate with Product and Engineering
  • Review and prioritize Solutions Engineering escalations, particularly for customers in Japan
  • Dispatch customer requests as part of a queue rotation schedule
  • Oversee demo training and assist in demo certification
  • Assist with incident response during outages, communicating with customers
  • Build out documentation and knowledge base articles for various technologies
