Datadog is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to drive growth by identifying exceptional talent, partnering with recruiters, and serving as the first point of contact for candidates in a hybrid, full-time role.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer either at a search firm or in-house on high-volume recruiting
- High sense of urgency, strong communication, and detail-oriented
- Tenacious and passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple roles simultaneously
- Proven track record of engaging talent through sourcing tools and turning passive prospects into candidates
- Creative, innovative, intellectually curious, and results-driven
Responsibility
- Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill roles using sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold, sourcing campaigns, Google X Ray searching, and event attendee lists.
- Amplify and champion job openings internally, leveraging employee networks to uncover hidden talent.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and track progress to share with stakeholders.
- Proactively research and creatively source talent, including diverse candidates, to bring passive prospects into consideration.
- Map the talent market, monitor talent flow and market attrition, and identify companies employing target skill sets.
- Specialize in event/project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement.
