- Maintain and grow relationships with clients as the main point of contact.
- Maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.
- Drive conversations to promote Domino Cloud adoption among existing customers.
- Work with the Scaled CS team to automate customer success initiatives.
- Demonstrate product expertise and ML Ops/AI knowledge during customer interactions.
- Leverage data insights to align commercial terms with customer goals.
- Identify and secure upsell opportunities during renewals or mid-cycle.
