platform.
Qualification
- 4-10 years of experience in engineering (industrial, process, computer, etc.)
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset
- Customer-focused with excellent client/stakeholder management skills
- Ability to understand operational and technical details
- Business acumen to discuss value drivers
- Passion for learning and adapting quickly
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle from discovery to go-live for major clients
- Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map business processes and workflows
- Drive the development of new product capabilities to support upper mid-market and enterprise clients
- Lead and mentor a team of associates on multiple projects
- Establish best practices and processes across the team
- Translate process flows into product design and configuration on the DOSS platform
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migrations
- Manage UAT, training, and go-live support while building client relationships for retention and upselling
