Qualification

  • 4-10 years of experience in engineering (industrial, process, computer, etc.)
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset
  • Customer-focused with excellent client/stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand operational and technical details
  • Business acumen to discuss value drivers
  • Passion for learning and adapting quickly

Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle from discovery to go-live for major clients
  • Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map business processes and workflows
  • Drive the development of new product capabilities to support upper mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of associates on multiple projects
  • Establish best practices and processes across the team
  • Translate process flows into product design and configuration on the DOSS platform
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migrations
  • Manage UAT, training, and go-live support while building client relationships for retention and upselling
