Qualification
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience
- Experience in large-scale, safety-critical systems is a bonus
- Understanding of low-level programming languages like Rust or C++
- Experience with Rust, Solidity, Python, and Typescript is preferred
- Exceptional technical communication skills
Responsibility
- Develop backend services and write smart contracts
- Build developer SDKs and improve tooling and monitoring
- Engage in the ideation and upkeep of on-chain and off-chain projects
- Mentor junior engineers and set standards in software design
- Connect with the developer community to understand their requirements
