- Analyzing and understanding specific business needs and translating them into feasible solutions.
- Monitoring new trends and making technological opportunities understandable before translating them into interesting business opportunities.
- Guiding multiple development teams to deliver consistent end-results.
- Conducting root cause analysis.
- Driving the new system’s architecture with respect for organizational strategy, non-functional requirements, availability, and new technology.
- Defining the optimal way to solve customer problems in close collaboration with technical architects, front-and back-end developers, QA teams, and IT.
