Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related role.
- Experience with RCA/CPQ solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess deal performance and pricing trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of optimizing workflows and processes.
Responsibility
- Manage and optimize deal desk workflows and approval processes to enhance efficiency.
- Be the subject matter expert on pricing policies, models, and competitive landscape.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Be the go-to partner for Sales reps, helping them structure, price, and navigate deals.
- Contribute to the evolution of pricing strategies based on deal trends and market feedback.
- Own deal desk process, tools, and policies, implementing improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Analyze deal performance, pricing trends, and discount rates to provide actionable insights.
