Qualification
- 3+ years of experience building production software, including both frontend and backend work
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
Responsibility
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and operations to design and build user-facing features and internal tools
- Own the development and launch of new products, working directly with clients to gather feedback and iterate quickly
- Build intuitive, high-quality front-end experiences for complex workflows with a strong focus on usability
- Make key backend design decisions, including API design, data modeling, and service architecture
- Develop modular, reusable components and systems to support scalability, maintainability, and engineering velocity
- Contribute to building the team’s technical culture through best practices, code quality, and thoughtful architecture
