Responsibility
- Analyze customer conversations, win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Own and execute projects aimed at improving sales velocity, conversion rates, and expansion outcomes.
- Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and clients to refine communication of value and ROI.
- Design and implement scalable playbooks for pricing, sales strategy, onboarding, and post-sale success.
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales and Product leadership, providing insights that influence product roadmap and GTM prioritization.
- Conduct competitive deep-dives and enable the team with actionable intelligence and training.
- Establish internal operating rhythms for reporting, forecasting, and process optimization to enhance GTM operations.
