Eloquent AI is seeking an AI Engineer to develop and optimize multimodal AI agents for enterprise applications. The role involves collaboration with software engineers and AI researchers to create intelligent systems that enhance business operations in high-stakes environments. Candidates should have a strong background in software development and AI, particularly with LLMs and deep learning frameworks.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or NLP in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLMs, computer vision models, or generative AI models, including fine-tuning and inference optimization.
- Familiarity with APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to prototype, experiment, and iterate quickly to improve AI agents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with teams.
Responsibility
- Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents for enterprise-grade conversations.
- Design & develop multimodal LLM architectures including speech and vision.
- Explore trade-offs between model quality and efficiency for practical solutions.
- Refine training paradigms for real-world applications.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs and automation tools.
- Experiment to improve AI-driven interactions and automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap.
- Monitor and enhance agents’ performance through simulations and evaluations.
