The Eloquent AI Fellowship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed for STEM PhDs, post-docs, and early-career AI researchers to transition into applied AI roles. Participants will work alongside AI engineers and product managers, gaining hands-on experience in AI model development, MLOps, and conversational AI systems, while contributing to real-world projects in enterprise AI applications.
Qualification
- STEM PhD or post-doc in a relevant field
- Early-career AI researchers
- Strong interest in applied AI and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with AI model development and MLOps
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibility
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy AI agents for enterprise-grade conversations
- Collaborate with AI product teams to design and integrate AI solutions
- Work on research projects involving AI evaluation and model robustness
- Participate in hands-on workshops and speaker series
- Apply learned skills in a real-world AI project during the capstone phase
