- Perform semi-annual reviews and set goals aligned with the Business Unit and Company.
- Provide technical support for software solutions.
- Offer direction to Team Leaders and resources.
- Participate in client and business unit meetings, providing documentation for operational meetings.
- Administer and update project management documents, aligning projects with client and business unit activities.
- Manage the team's ticket queue and follow up on aging tickets.
- Conduct risk assessment and risk management.
