Qualification
- Ten years of hands-on experience with z/OS, Opsmvs, and z/SA
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Functional knowledge of z/OS Opsmvs or z/SA Automation
- Detailed knowledge of REXX programming and Netview
- Strong communication skills for client meetings and business deals
Responsibility
- Provide Automation support for multiple clients and ongoing projects
- Develop, test, and implement new Automation rules and programs
- Assist team members with technical questions and problem resolution
- Lead and mentor team members as a Product SME
- Configure and support System state manager and Opslog archive process
- Design automated monitoring techniques for problem identification and prevention
- Review and analyze existing automated processes for improvements
- Document problem analysis, resolution, and prevention procedures
