With over 30 million users, the company is looking for a Mid Performance Marketer to take ownership of paid acquisition channels, optimize campaigns, and contribute to performance analysis and strategy. The role offers autonomy and collaboration with senior leadership.
Qualification
- Experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition channels
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and Voluum
- Strong analytical skills to drive decision-making based on performance data
- Ability to create and optimize marketing funnels
- Experience in creative production and ad concept development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with reporting frameworks and performance metrics
Responsibility
- Own the performance of 1 paid acquisition channel or DSP, including setup, optimization, and reporting
- Help design and improve scalable acquisition funnels to hit CAC/ROAS targets
- Contribute to testing loops and creative production, proposing new ad concepts and audience angles based on data
- Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
- Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior
- Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves
- Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns
- Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages
