The team consists of experienced professionals with a strong entrepreneurial background, and the company is looking for a Mid Performance Marketer to take ownership of paid acquisition channels and contribute to performance optimization.
Qualification
- Experience in performance marketing, particularly in paid acquisition channels.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Voluum and GA4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Experience in creative production and ad concept development.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
Responsibility
- Own the performance of at least one paid acquisition channel or DSP, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Help design and improve scalable acquisition funnels to meet CAC/ROAS targets.
- Contribute to testing loops and creative production, proposing new ad concepts and audience angles based on data.
- Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
- Drive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
- Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical moves.
- Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns.
- Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pages.
