- You are a strong engineer, and can quickly ship high quality, viral applets in React/Node

- You understand the developer community inside and out — you're deeply plugged into the latest trends, speak the language, and can create technical content and experiences that resonate with the people who matter.

- You've built and shipped tools/projects that have gone viral

- You have engineering experience with APIs and care deeply about designing them well

- You're excited to wear many hats (frontend, social media, marketing, support, etc)

- You care about the problem of finding high quality knowledge and recognize how important this is for the world
