The AI Deployment Strategist role involves collaborating with customer success, sales, and engineering teams to ensure effective technical execution of the F2 product. The strategist will serve as the AI prompting authority, supporting sales processes, conducting customer due diligence, and facilitating technical implementations while maintaining CRM data integrity. This position is based in NYC with some remote flexibility.
Qualification
- Experience with prompting and working with LLMs and AI SaaS tools
- Familiarity with enterprise information security concepts and due diligence processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Project management skills for complex workflows and technical deliverables
- Technical proficiency with a desire to improve coding skills
- Based in NYC with flexibility for remote work
Responsibility
- Support the F2 sales process by addressing technical product questions during client calls
- Own customer due diligence by completing InfoSec questionnaires and improving the DDQ knowledge base
- Audit user-generated reports, flag issues to engineering, and assist customers in deriving value from AI
- Create tailored natural language prompts for accurate report outputs
- Deliver light technical implementations like configuring SSO and custom data retention policies
- Maintain clean and structured CRM data to support customer success and sales teams
- Act as the voice of the customer to the engineering team, providing feedback for product improvement
