Figma is seeking a Demo Strategy & Effectiveness Manager to lead the strategy for product demonstrations, enhancing how the platform is showcased to customers. This full-time role can be performed remotely or from one of Figma's US hubs, focusing on creating engaging demo experiences that highlight the platform's value and address customer needs.
Qualification
- Proven experience in demo strategy, product marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Experience in training and enablement, particularly in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Sales.
- Familiarity with design tools and workflows, particularly in a collaborative environment.
Responsibility
- Design demo experiences by developing engaging scripts and flows for all Figma products, tailored to both executives and end users.
- Showcase business value through best-practice executive demos that connect Figma’s capabilities to solving real customer challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Enable end users by crafting practitioner-focused demos for common use cases, making it easy for anyone to envision Figma in their workflow.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand and incorporate new features into demo scripts, ensuring demos are always current and relevant.
- Lead enablement sessions by delivering live and recorded demo sessions for Account Executives and Solutions Consultants, helping them master new demo flows.
- Build training resources and best-practice assets so the field team can confidently demo the latest product capabilities.
- Maintain the demo environment by organizing and standardizing assets to ensure consistency, reliability, and excellence across all demos.
