The Manager, Sales Development at Five9 will lead a team of Sales Professionals responsible for driving significant revenue growth. Qualification

  • 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • 1+ year of experience in a management role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven experience in coaching, motivating, and developing team members.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to define goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing methodologies for continuous improvement.

Responsibility

  • Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Inbound Lead Development Representatives and Outbound Business Development Representatives.
  • Create new training programs to enhance team skills and career development.
  • Utilize data to inform decisions and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze inbound lead processes, metrics, and tools to maximize team success.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to foster an environment of openness and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Management, Sales Operations, Demand Generation, and Marketing.
