The Manager, Sales Development at Five9 will lead a team of Sales Professionals responsible for driving significant revenue growth. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing Inbound Lead Development Representatives and Outbound Business Development Representatives, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.
Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with a track record of exceeding goals.
- 1+ year of experience in a management role, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven experience in coaching, motivating, and developing team members.
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to define goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs.
- Strong experience with A/B testing methodologies for continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Recruit, hire, train and manage a team of Inbound Lead Development Representatives and Outbound Business Development Representatives.
- Create new training programs to enhance team skills and career development.
- Utilize data to inform decisions and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze inbound lead processes, metrics, and tools to maximize team success.
- Inspire and motivate the team to foster an environment of openness and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Management, Sales Operations, Demand Generation, and Marketing.
