The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, designing and configuring applications on the Five9 platform, and providing technical support and consulting services.
Qualification
- Strong technical skills in AI and contact center technologies.
- Experience with Five9 Virtual Contact Center or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead technical sessions and provide consulting services.
- Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
Responsibility
- Engage with customers to acquire a rich understanding of their problems, needs, and goals.
- Lead requirements gathering, configuration, knowledge transfer, solution testing, production rollout, and adoption support.
- Design and configure applications on the Five9 platform for unique customer requirements, including integrations with third-party platforms.
- Provide configuration advice and problem resolution on Five9 products.
- Conduct consulting engagements and lead technical sessions with stakeholders.
- Handle pre-sales Statement of Work requests from creation to design document handoff.
