- Ability to design and implement metrics and dashboards for system monitoring.
- Experience with automation tools and practices.
Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive dashboards for OS/platform-level and application-level monitoring.
- Establish and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets for services.
- Collaborate with platform, application, and database teams to enhance service reliability and availability.
- Automate operational tasks to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal service delivery.
