What You'll Do

- Build internal tools and systems to scale sales and marketing through AI and automations

- Partner with stakeholders to run high-impact growth experiments (e.g. SEO/AEO hacking with LLMs, web scraping, AI-powered content automation)

- Take projects from 0→1 across a variety of surface areas and tech stacks

- Develop integrations between Flagler's products, business systems, and third-party platforms

What You Need

- 2–3+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack product development

- AI/LLM experience in production environments

- Comfort working across a range of technologies and problem domains, modeling data flows for maximum system efficiency

Nice to Haves

- Experience in early-stage or growth-focused technical roles

- Familiarity with the modern data stack (React, Python, Next.js, Sanity CMS, dbt, etc.)

- Understanding of sales/marketing automation tools and B2B sales processes
