This senior leadership role involves managing project managers, ensuring execution excellence, and coordinating between various teams to meet Zipline's standards for site launches. The position is integral to Zipline's mission of transforming logistics and delivery systems globally.

- Proven experience in project management and deployment in complex environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in construction management and vendor management.
- Ability to navigate regulatory and legal requirements in different countries.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Responsibility
- Own deployment strategy and execution for new distribution centers across Africa.
- Spearhead global cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, and Business teams.
- Work with real estate vendors and local authorities to identify and secure sites.
- Build and manage supplier and contractor networks.
- Ensure successful delivery of new Zipline distribution centers and operational handover.
