Qualification
- Experience in mechanical engineering or related field
- Proven leadership experience in engineering teams
- Strong background in hardware testing and validation
- Familiarity with safety-critical systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with eVTOL or drone technology is a plus
