Qualification
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with executives and hiring managers.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates.
Responsibility
- Partner closely with executives, org leads & hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and coach them on maximizing hiring output.
- Strategically plan and own a pipeline of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates, ensuring a first-class experience throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously hone your pitch and understand what motivates candidates to join Zipline.
- Ensure that Zipline prioritizes diversity in all hiring efforts across the company.
- Creatively leverage various platforms to attract top talent.
