Zipline is seeking a Sales/Project Engineer for Ground Systems and Site Infrastructure to lead the deployment of innovative delivery solutions. The role involves engaging with customers, managing projects from evaluation to operation, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to ensure successful integration of Zipline's systems.
Qualification
- Technical engineering background with customer engagement skills.
- Experience in project management and deployment of infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to create site layouts and designs for integration of systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various teams.
Responsibility
- Spearhead the deployment of Zipline's Offsite Charging sites and autonomous loading Zipping Point.
- Handle all deployment topics and find innovative solutions for partner sites.
- Execute solutions to problems and roadblocks during deployment.
- Drive feedback and product changes to simplify and accelerate rollout of delivery infrastructure.
- Engage in pre-contract discussions as the key technical stakeholder.
- Lead and manage projects from initial site evaluation through to construction and operation.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including engineering, construction, and legal teams.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure necessary approvals.
