Qualification
- 4–6 years of experience in professional services and/or product roles with a focus on execution and customer trust.
- Proven experience in managing customer relationships and understanding their needs.
- Experience in building products from gathering requirements to working with engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills to convey customer needs and project updates effectively.
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Responsibility
- Own the day-to-day customer relationship, capturing feedback and ensuring clarity between promises and deliverables.
- Drive product execution by translating customer needs into clear requirements, PRDs, and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure the right solutions are built effectively.
- Track project milestones, unblock teams, and push projects to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and impact.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather customer needs and create actionable plans for engineering teams.
