Responsibility
- Connect and engage with individuals interested in home care support as a HomeCare Sales Specialist.
- Educate and assist patients and caregivers with the application and enrollment process as an Intake Specialist.
- Guide patients and caregivers through the onboarding process, conducting orientations as an Onboarding Specialist.
- Support patients and caregivers throughout their home care journey as a Care Support Specialist.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions effectively.
