Qualification
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- Experience in home health care or similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Assess patient health needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
