GLG is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their Healthcare/Life Sciences team. This role involves generating and qualifying new business opportunities for pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic clients, while collaborating with the Business Development Manager to sell GLG subscriptions.
Qualification

- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences sector.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking and managing client interactions.
- Tenacity and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
Responsibility
- Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and their specific jobs to be done/pain points.
- Conduct personalized outreach via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn to prospects at key new logos.
- Engage prospects in conversations to understand their business challenges, needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Articulate GLG's value proposition clearly and concisely, focusing on how it solves the prospect’s problem.
- Assist in presenting GLG's capabilities to clients and track client accounts using CRM.
