Founding AI Solutions Engineer role at Giga (San Francisco) on an in-person founding team, partnering with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Core Engineering to operationalize AI agents for large brands. Focused on pre-sales strategy, solution architecture, deployment, and long-term customer success to deliver measurable business impact, expand strategic partnerships, and help shape the Solutions organization.
Qualification
- 4+ years in strategic or enterprise SaaS solutions engineering with experience across large, multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations.
- Proven track record engaging senior business and technical leaders and navigating complex sales cycles in enterprise settings.
- Strong communication and advisory skills; ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling business value for executives and cross-functional teams (product, engineering, success, sales).
- Experience leading pre-sales, solution architecture, deployment, and customer success in enterprise environments.
- Ability to influence product direction and roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and use cases; comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to drive expansion with large customers and convert proof-of-concepts into long-term partnerships.
- Founding or early-stage experience is a plus; adaptable to fast-paced, collaborative, startup-like environments.
Responsibility
- Own strategic technical relationships with executive stakeholders across CX, Operations, and Product.
- Drive growth with key logos by partnering with the account team to convert POCs into multi-year, multi-million-dollar partnerships.
- Co-own implementation by managing timelines, integrations, and deliverables across forward-deployed, product, and engineering teams.
- Influence product direction by translating customer feedback and emerging use cases into roadmap insights and feature priorities.
- Shape the foundation of the Solutions organization by defining team culture, processes, and best practices as a founding member.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements spanning pre-sales strategy, solution architecture, deployment execution, and long-term customer success.
