The Data & Process Automation Intern will join the Business Transformation team of a rapidly growing multi-category app company. The role focuses on supporting initiatives in Catalog, Content, and Operations, with an emphasis on data management, dashboard creation, and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualification
- Interest in working with data and building dashboards.
- Familiarity with data collection and reporting tools.
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make (Integromat).
- Ability to manage projects that improve operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills to visualize performance metrics.
Responsibility
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key KPIs across Content, Catalog, and Ops.
- Support data collection, cleaning, and reporting from various sources (Salesforce, Sheets, PIM, etc.).
- Build and manage automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, or Make (Integromat).
- Optimize processes and visualize performance metrics for Q-Commerce teams.
- Drive efficiency across day-to-day operations.
