Qualification
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of Italian health and safety legislation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Responsibility
- Manage and control all Health and Safety matters according to Italian law, ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Serve as the company's RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione), taking ownership of all related legal responsibilities
- Lead and ensure proper documentation and records management to support labor inspections
- Create and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization
