The role involves providing comprehensive legal support across various departments, managing regulatory matters, ensuring compliance, and handling contractual issues.
Qualification
- Experience as a lawyer with a focus on regulatory and compliance matters
- Strong understanding of local laws and regulations in Poland
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in drafting and revising legal documents
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to unforeseen challenges
Responsibility
- Provide legal support and guidance across all departments of the business
- Manage regulatory related matters and proceedings before the UOKiK
- Contribute to drafting and revising local policies and procedures
- Develop and deliver training programs on compliance-related documents
- Lead internal assessments, investigations, and mitigation efforts
- Handle contractual matters and negotiations
- Address privacy-related issues and demonstrate adaptability in problem-solving
