Responsibility
- Independently leads project execution with full accountability for strategic direction and team coordination
- Ensures clear client aligned direction is delivered to the cross-functional team
- Develops comprehensive knowledge of client business objectives, industry landscape, and organizational priorities
- Ensures all client deliverables meet strategic objectives and quality standards before submission
- Navigates difficult conversations with clients and internal teams for successful outcomes
- Drives alignment on project goals with client and internal teams at each stage of the process
- Sets up a business to operate efficiently and oversees that process
- Actively contributes to achieving agency business objectives
- Seeks and closes new opportunities for the client to expand business remit
- Builds strong trusted relationships with senior clients
