Responsibility
- Develop, evaluate, optimize, and enhance AI agent skills
- Prepare and curate datasets for training AI models
- Iterate on agent enhancements and test changes
- Prototype and experiment with the latest NLP and generative AI technologies
- Analyze customer queries and support tickets to identify automation opportunities
